  Refund Eligibility

  •  Refunds are granted only for duplicate purchases or technical issues that render the product  unusable, provided these cannot be resolved.
  •  Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • No refunds are provided for user errors, such as purchasing the wrong product.
